Tim is a lifelong resident of Northeast Ohio.  After graduating from St. Ignatius High School, he earned a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Akron.  While in his senior year, Tim purchased his first of many homes – a 6 bedroom investment property near the University.  The demands of maintaining property occupied by students led Tim to establish a successful remodeling company.

With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, I have a very unique advantage in helping clients whom are looking to buy, sell or invest in property.   A thorough knowledge of construction, renovation and design is a great asset I share with the 1^st time home buyer and seasoned veteran alike.
