Born in Cleveland, just a few minutes from downtown and the steel mills, Renee was raise with old school values and strong work ethics. Grounded in faith, she attended Holy Name Elementary School, not missing a day from kindergarten through 8th grade. From high school with honors to the University of Akron graduation with distinction and a business degree in Transportation: Airline Travel specific,  she began her passion for customer service.  Working as  a hotel front desk clerk at a Ramada then to an airport sales agent for Continental Airlines, Renee moved from hospitality to the airline industry. It was in the Baggage Service Dept. that she gained extra reassurance and trust back from passengers.  She has the ability to turn a situation around for the better.  As a trainer, problem solving skills combined with empathy were essential. Throughout her career, client satisfaction remained  key. Her servitude nature continued as a treatment coordinator for a family dental office after homeschooling her children . Next, she assisted  polished professionals at a financial services firm as Sr. Associate Branch  Support.  Close connections were made with communities through church ministries, attending charitable events (MS and cancer walks), and corporate challenges.  She embrace the diversityIn Renee’s personal life- she marvels at her double blessing.  She is the proud mother of now adult TWIN sons.  Double the fun!!Her family loves to attend the Annual Twins Days Festival in Twinsburg, OH, a gathering of over 2,000 sets of twins. Aviation and travel have always been a passion of hers.  She once took a flying lesson!  Poland, Italy, Belgium, and Hawaii are some of her favorite destinations hot spots.  Locally, she can be spotted listening to live bands, dancing to a disco beat or singing a tune at karaoke or in the church choir.  Her ability to jump right in and connect with unique crowds is evident when she attends events such as hometown memorial parades to state motorcycle rallies.  She believes her Christian faith is the key to it all. For Renee the sky is the limit; with God all things are possible. From newborns to the elderly, she has a love for all.
